And at the table in front of the serving area, a man is sitting.

He has been sitting there since early on, eager to get his food.

On that table are salmon ingredients and fresh Korean beef.

There is also something that looks like whipped cream.

Ah, the hall here is spacious and high-ceilinged. And it is clean.

It is a restaurant, but it feels like the cafeteria of a large corporation or a major company.

I approach the serving counter.

The grilled salmon dish has been served, but the other dishes are still being prepared.

In the kitchen inside, fresh beef is being cut into squares.

And trimmed. They are preparing the next dish.

I am hungry, but for now, I have to wait.

I watch the cooking process for a bit.

A moment later, a woman comes out of the kitchen carrying something.

She then sits at a nearby table and works.

The woman working is sitting at a table in the dining hall,

organizing the cut beef.

It's cut into squares; she blanches it, puts it in a large bucket,

and arranges it at the table.

I look forward to the menu.
